Beakless Bird (Lickie)

Last weekend we headed to Mohican to kayak & this little birdie was hoping around the campsite, eating the discarded bread.
Well, it didn't have a beak, and look like it hadn't for a while (ever?), but had a long tongue. Can kind of see it here
"It's a common Grackle, and should have a decent sized blackbird bill"
