I'd write more, but I have to go run...

After about nine months of minimal exercise, the training program is set, bread, beer and cheese have been purged from the house and it's on. Ironically it's also world vegan day- ridiculous!
So whats on the agenda? There's a small, tentative spring list.  So I just put together a basic 1/2IM training program, adding in some climbing and eased up on some swimming...
(in other awesome news, I'm getting a new camera!! So your eyes will no longer have to suffer looking at the point & shoots)
