A Birthday Gift

A dear friend's daughter turned 2 in June and I whipped up a few things for her. Not quilting or making handbags has left me with free time for fun projects! I actually got the patterns the summer she was born and finally got around to using them!
The patterned fabric is from Suzy Ultman for Robert Kaufman. The dress has adjustable shoulder straps and is intended to be worn as a dress and can transition into a long shirt paired with leggings as the child grows.
This fabric for this dress was sourced from a vintage couch cover.
The patterns were from Owl Baby. Check out her etsy shop for the downloads! I swapped the bunching on the dresses, but you can get the idea.  The patterns were simple to follow, well laid out with photos of every step.
